International Summer School Programme Policies

All requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing to Georgia Hardy Tours Inc. (GHT). The deposit and insurance premium are non-refundable. The charge for cancellation after March 28, 2009 is 50% of total programme price. No refunds are granted after May 4, 2009. Registrants cancelling for medical reasons are protected provided they have purchased trip cancellation insurance (See Travel Insurance). GHT reserves the right to cancel a course due to insufficient participation by March 31, 2009. Students who have enrolled in a course with insufficient participation will be offered a 100% refund or the opportunity to switch to another programme.

Programmes run subject to sufficient enrolment. If minimum enrolment levels are not reached one week prior to the start of the programme, the class will be cancelled, participants will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be given.

NSF checks are subject to a $15 fee.
