Cynthia Pearce has worked at St. Michaels University School for the past eight years as a Learning Support Educator and Manager of the After School Care Programme. This is also her eighth year running camps with the Education Extension department. Cynthia has her Early Childhood Educator Certificate, and diplomas in both Infant and Toddler Development and Special Needs. She is currently entering her fourth year in Youth and Child Care at the University of Victoria. She has a wonderful rapport with children, as she is able to share her sense of fun and adventure while at the same time providing the necessary guidance and social structure for a safe environment with plenty of opportunities for experiential learning. |
