We believe that leadership is a process of engagement which moves people to understanding and action in an environment inspired by trust.
SMUS is committed to supporting each student in their journey to becoming a leader. The foundation of the leadership programme is based on the following four pillars:
- Service
- Honesty
- Respect
- Courage
