Used Uniform Sales

Used Uniform Sales Introduction

If you have questions about SMUS Used Uniforms, please contact as at the email address below.

[email protected]

All SMUS students need to wear a complete, up-to-date SMUS uniform. The Parents’ Auxiliary runs Used Uniform Sales throughout the year. Buying items from the Used Uniform Sales saves families money and reduces the number of new uniform pieces needed, which lessens our environmental impact.

The largest sale takes place on the Richmond Road campus during the first week of school. Throughout the school year, monthly sales are held at the Derby facility on Shelbourne Street. Dates and times are published in the online calendar.

Used Uniform Sales

Dates: First Tuesday of every month, September to June
Hours: 2-5 pm
Location: Basement of 3410 Shelbourne St. (the corner of Shelbourne and Derby)

Contributions

There are two main ways parents or other SMUS community members can contribute to the Used Uniform Sales.

  • Donate: drop off quality used uniform items to the bins in the lobbies of Junior and Middle Schools or at the Campus Shop.
  • Volunteer: help to arrange, fold, iron, mend, price, sew, sort and wash items, either at home or with other parents during the shop’s operating hours.

Hot Lunch Programs

Approximately once per week, the PA organizes and delivers a hot lunch at each of the three schools. Pizza days are the most common offering. The revenue generated from this service is redirected back to school, through the PA, in ways that enhance student life. If you have missed the deadline, or if you are interested in signing up:

Junior School: email [email protected]
Middle School: https://munchalunch.com/schools/stmichaelsmiddle/
Senior School: https://munchalunch.com/schools/stmichaelssenior/

We are looking for volunteers to help with Senior School Pizza Days (Thursdays). For more information and to save your spot, visit our registration form.

Boarders without Borders

Boarders without Borders helps connect our boarding and day communities. Through this program, day families can host boarding students in their homes for a Sunday meal once or twice a year.

This initiative is greatly appreciated by the boarders, who enjoy a home-cooked meal and a family setting. The hosts enjoy having a guest who can tell them about different places and sometimes about other cultures. Boarders without Borders builds lasting friendships between boarding and day students.

Boarders Birthday Treats

During the school term, the Parents’ Auxiliary can arrange for birthday (or other occasion) celebration ice cream sandwiches to be sent to your child. This can be arranged by completing the order form.
