Physical activity is crucial in maintaining health, and research suggests that exercise also boosts mental development. Through the physical education program, students develop the skills and attitudes needed to support a healthy, active lifestyle.


  • Advance each individual's interest, ability, fitness and body mechanics
  • Include a balanced variety of individual and team sports
  • Promote a high level of participation and personal wellbeing
  • Encourage an appropriate individual level of physical fitness
  • Develop positive personal and social responsibility

Participants are encouraged to:
