Recreational Athletics Program

All Senior School day and boarding students (Grades 9-12) and Grade 8 boarding students can participate in recreational activities or sports. These sports enhance the educational experience and encourage all students to maintain an active lifestyle during their time at SMUS.

Participation in a recreational activity or sport is required in all three terms for boarders who are not involved in the extracurricular athletic program.

Most activities run twice a week for an hour each session. Some activities run after school and others run weekday evenings after prep time.
