Becky Anderson is an experienced educational leader with more than two decades of service at St. Michaels University School, where she currently serves as Director of the Junior School. In this role, she has led the school through growth and change, including the Trottier-Morgan Annex campus expansion and the launch of a Reggio-inspired Junior Kindergarten program.
Becky is deeply committed to building strong relationships, nurturing positive school culture, and supporting learning grounded in curiosity, creativity, and care. Before joining the Junior School, she held several leadership positions at the school: Senior Houseparent, Director of Leadership Development, Grade 10 advisor and has taught Grade 6 – Grade 12. Becky holds a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Victoria and completed a Certificate in School Management and Leadership from Harvard Business School.
Outside of school, Becky loves to travel, hike, run, cheer for her daughters, and walk her energetic (and occasionally poorly behaved) dog, Dexter.
