Gillian started at the Middle School in September 2023 after working at Brentwood College School and being a houseparent to many students. After teaching Learning Support at the high school level for many years, she was excited to transition to the Middle School years.
She is passionate about supporting student learning in her capacity as an Inclusion Specialist and has a special interest in evidence based interventions for Literacy and Numeracy. Her passion comes from her deep conviction that all students can grow into their full potential as learners.
In her leisure time, she enjoys tackling the local mountains with her dog Mack, and is a coxswain for the Victoria City Masters Rowing Club.
Her greatest reward is seeing her students thrive after they graduate.
