Parents' Auxiliary Governance
Constitution and Bylaws
The goals of the Parents’ Auxiliary are to:
- Promote the welfare of St. Michaels University School, both generally and financially;
- Provide facilities that will promote additional educational, recreational and cultural development for the children who are students of the school; and
- Develop a common interest in the stature and growth of the school.

Directors
The directors run the Parents' Auxiliary. The positions are filled by volunteers, each for a one-year term. The election of new directors takes place at the spring general meeting.
