Cadet Inspection. Inspecting officer is most likely Capt. Harvey. (therfore date is 1914 or earlier)

The letter R.V. Harvey wrote to the boys at University School on August 21, 1914, when he left for WWI. This letter is now read every year at the SMUS Remembrance Day Service.
