Campus Master Plan

The St. Michaels University School Richmond Road Campus Master Plan outlines a vision, guiding principles, and direction for future development of the Richmond Road campus.

From the Floreat strategic plan, the school identified several facilities projects that would be required to realize the vision of Floreat and hand over the school in 2030 fit for the purpose of future generations.  These projects form the basis of the Campus Master Plan.

The Plan was unanimously approved by our Board of Governors on December 10, 2020. It is an exciting vision, ambitious yet achievable, focused around restoring some of our best heritage buildings, giving several areas of the school a once-in-a-generation improvement, and excitingly embracing the future of artificial intelligence, robotics and other areas of the fast-moving technology sector with a new STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics) Centre.
