Begun in September 2021, and continuing throughout the 2021-22 school year, SMUS is celebrating our Jubilee – 50 years of amalgamation of our two founding schools. While Jubilee is primarily a celebration of the school since 1971, it also acknowledges the importance of our founding schools in this legacy, dating back to 1906 (University School) and 1910 (St. Michael’s School).
Jubilee is a year long celebration involving all students and the broader SMUS community; from our Kindergarten students to our oldest “Old Boy” alumni. It is an opportunity for us to reflect on how far we’ve come, to uphold our core values, and to create a legacy for the next 50 years.
